Returns/Cancellations
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please
contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 10 business days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it, offer you store credit, or offer you a refund, less 25% restocking fee, based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 15% open box fee in addition to the 25% restocking fee (totaling 40%) will be assessed on any sealed product that is opened or removed from its original packaging.
Please note that we do not permit the return of the following products:
   1. Special orders and products that are custom configured to your specifications.
   2. Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt.
   3. Firearms, once transferred to buyer.
   4. Illumination devices, electronic sights, optics and night vision equipment.
NOTE: We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you chose not to use a carrier that offers tracking and insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
The United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before USPS will initiate a trace. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways on returns, as well as for shipping charges on shipments that are refused.

Used Firearms
The seller provides all descriptions for used items. All descriptions for used items are honest and based on actual items being offered for sale. Items being sold in this manner will be marked as such. All sales on used items are final. Photos will be provided when available. All machine guns are considered used unless otherwise noted.
General Firearm Sales
All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering. You must be 18 or older to purchase a long gun and 21 or older to purchase a handgun per ATF rules, but state and local laws may differ and you will need to check your local laws before purchasing a firearm.
All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it.
The Credit Card Billing Information, Shipping Information, and Contact Information in our checkout process are required in order to process your order and deliver the product to you. We store some information for accounting reasons. Your information will not be shown to third parties not involved in the transaction, nor used to send you any unrequested information. The entire Checkout process is handled through a secure SSL-encrypted connection.
The Credit Card Billing Information is sent directly to our payment provider who processes your credit card transaction. The credit card information is neither recorded nor stored by us, and it can only be accessed by our payment provider. Each transaction has a very high level of security. Your credit card details are sent directly to the payment provider over a secure SSL-encrypted connection. They are not processed on our servers at any stage of the transaction, nor are they stored on our server.

Order Fulfillment
All orders are shipped promptly from our warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 - 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.
Online Price & Description Errors
Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund the money.
If an item's description contains an error such as incorrect photo, price, accessory or description and a customer makes the order, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will refund the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees that $dealerName will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog.
Ammunition Purchases
You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations. *All ammunition sales will comply with local and state laws and will not be shipped to any restricted areas.*
Firearms Policies
We only ship to a FFL licensed dealer. You will be responsible for the transfer fee and shipping to the dealer.

IMPORTANT: Please read these Official Terms and Conditions before entering this door prize giveaway ("Giveaway") organized and sponsored by Top Shot Armory, LLC (“Top Shotâ€). By completing and submitting a giveaway ticket, you agree to be bound by these Official Terms and Conditions and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below. By completing and submitting a giveaway ticket, you also agree that decisions made by Top Shot as to how to award the Giveaway prizes are final and binding, and not subject to review or appeal. This door prize Giveaway is subject to all applicable Federal, State, and local laws.
1. Eligibility. The giveaway is open only to those who complete and submit a giveaway ticket and who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. To complete a ticket you MUST include your name, phone number, and email address. The giveaway is open to the legal residents of the Continental United States and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Top Shot, officers of Top Shot, and their respective immediate family or household members are not eligible to participate in the giveaway. 2. Tickets. Giveaway tickets for entry into the drawing may be obtained in person from employees or officers of Top Shot at the Top Shot checkout counter, located at: 22988 West Ireland Road, South Bend, IN 46614. No purchase is necessary to enter or win the giveaway. A purchase will not increase your individual ticket’s chances of winning. Eligible entrants may complete and submit one ticket a day during the giveaway entry time period. Eligible entrants may complete and submit one bonus ticket a day if they’ve made a separate purchase from Top Shot on that day. To complete and submit a ticket, entrant must include their name, phone number, and email address on each ticket. A drawn ticket which is missing one of these three things will be disqualified and may not win a giveaway prize. By entering a ticket into the Giveaway, whether or not the entrant or ticket is eligible to win, entrant agrees that Top Shot may use the phone number and email information submitted on the ticket for marketing and promotion purposes, including the entrant receiving promotional emails and texts from Top Shot. Top Shot will NOT sell or disclose the entrant’s email and phone information to any other party, with the exception of necessary disclosures to employees and officers of Top Shot, or parties which need to know such information as part of Top Shot’s promotional efforts or for legal reasons.
3. Giveaway Period and Drawing. The giveaway will run from on or about April 1, 2023 to June 16, 2023 at 5:00 PM. The Giveaway Drawing will occur at that time at Top Shot’s building. You need not be present to win. Top Shot will attempt to contact the prize winners by telephone. If the first eligible winner of a prize does not claim the prize within 24 hours of Top Shot’s first attempt at contact, the drawn ticket will be voided, the winner will forfeit the prize, and a new eligible winning ticket will be drawn.
4. Prizes. At the drawing, an eligible winning ticket will be drawn for the 1st draw prize. If the first ticket drawn is incomplete or the person named on the ticket is ineligible to receive the prize in accordance with these rules, the drawn ticket will be deemed “Ineligible†and will not be eligible to receive any sort of alternative prize, and there will be a redraw to draw an eligible ticket. Once the first prize is drawn, the second prize will be drawn in the same manner with the same terms. DO NOT FILL OUT A GIVEAWAY TICKET IF YOU ARE INELIGIBLE TO WIN OR YOU CANNOT OR WILL NOT PROPERLY COMPLETE THE TICKET.

Winner may not exchange the awarded prize for cash. The Winner of the Gift Certificate may only use it towards or for the purchase of a firearm or ammunition if they are not prohibited by law from purchasing a firearm or ammunition. If the winner of the Gift Certificate is eligible to win a prize but cannot purchase or possess a firearm, the prize certificate may be redeemed for such non-firearm or ammunition related inventory as safety supplies and snacks.
Notification of prize win will be made by Top Shot in person if the winner is present, or by telephone, using the information provided by giveaway entrant on the winning giveaway ticket. Winners must claim their prizes within 24 hours of notification of the prize win by Top Shot. The Grill prize will need to be taken off of Top Shot’s property in a properly equipped vehicle. IT MAY NOT BE TAKEN OFF OF THE PROPERTY IN AN UNSECURED MANNER. Winner MUST contact Top Shot within 96 hours of the prize win notification to make arrangements for picking up the Grill prize. If any Winner fails to notify Top Shot about the arrangements to pick up their prize within 96 hours of the prize win notification, they will forfeit their prize, and the prize shall be redrawn for in a subsequent giveaway drawing of the remaining eligible drawing tickets held at the discretion of Top Shot.
Winner of the Grill is responsible for the costs of removing the prize from Top Shot’s property. Winners are responsible for all taxes and title fees and costs on and for the prize as may be applicable. Winners are responsible for any shipping costs associated with shipping their prize from Top Shot to a different location. The prizes listed and stated in these terms and conditions are the only prizes that are offered in this Giveaway.
You are not guaranteed to win anything. No more than 10,000 tickets will be made available for the giveaway, but the odds of winning depend on the actual number of eligible giveaway tickets completed and submitted prior to the June 16, 2023 at 5:00 PM.
5. Use of Winner's Name, Likeness, Information etc. Except where prohibited by law, entry into the giveaway constitutes permission to use winner's name, likeness, avatar, Facebook name, social media handles, hometown, persona, and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further permission or compensation. As a condition of being awarded any prize, except where prohibited by law, the winner may be required to execute consent to the use of their name, likeness, avatar, Facebook name, social media handles, hometown, persona, and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further permission or compensation.
6. General Release. By entering the giveaway, you release Top Shot and its employees, officers, members, and affiliates from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of, or inability to use the prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses, and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty, or other theory.
7. Jurisdiction. The Giveaway and these Official Terms and Conditions will be governed, construed, and interpreted under the laws of the State of Indiana. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Terms and Conditions and by the decisions of Top Shot, which are final and binding in all respects. Top Shot reserves the right to change and publish such changes of these Official Terms and Conditions at any time, in its sole discretion.
